  • How funds flow directly from sponsor to recipient

We are intentionally not transparent about:

  • Identities of reviewers or leadership

  • Sensitive applicant or sponsor data

This balance protects fairness, privacy, and integrity.

Anonymous Governance & Decision-Making

Deedz operates with anonymous leadership and review committees.

This structure:

  • Prevents bias, favoritism, and influence

  • Eliminates bribery attempts

  • Protects applicants and sponsors

  • Ensures decisions are based on merit and impact

No applicant, sponsor, or partner is granted access to decision-makers.

Ethical Review Process

All applications are reviewed using:

  • Objective, documented criteria

  • Anonymous evaluation stages

  • Human oversight following AI-assisted pre-screening

Decisions are:

  • Made independently

  • Free from external pressure

  • Final for each review cycle

Deedz does not accept:

  • Gifts

  • Incentives

  • Preferential treatment requests

Sponsor Ethics & Separation

Sponsors:

  • Do not participate in application evaluation

  • Do not influence approval decisions

  • Are introduced only after approval

This separation ensures:

  • Fair opportunity for applicants

  • Ethical use of sponsor support

  • Protection against conflicts of interest

Sponsors may choose whether to support an approved applicant — never who gets approved.

Responsible Use of Funds

Deedz enforces responsible use of approved support through:

  • Clear use-of-funds declarations

  • Invoices or verified quotes where applicable

  • Reporting and compliance checks

  • Follow-up verification

Misuse of funds violates Deedz ethics and may result in repayment and removal from the ecosystem.

Data Ethics & Confidentiality

All personal and business information is handled in accordance with:

  • PIPEDA

  • Deedz Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality and NDA obligations

We do not:

  • Sell data

  • Trade information

  • Share details beyond approved and lawful purposes

Ethical data handling is non-negotiable.

Conflict of Interest

Deedz maintains strict conflict-of-interest safeguards.

Any individual or organization with a potential conflict:

  • Is removed from related processes

  • Has no influence over decisions

Undisclosed conflicts may result in disqualification or termination.

Accountability & Enforcement

Ethical breaches may result in:

  • Application rejection

  • Withdrawal of approval

  • Repayment obligations

  • Blacklisting within the Deedz ecosystem

  • Legal action where appropriate

Actions are taken proportionately and in good faith.

Public Accountability & Impact Reporting

  • Public disclosure of policies and criteria

  • Transparent communication of processes

Individual identities or sensitive details are never disclosed without consent.
